The Diversity Gap Canada page is a leading source for original research and scholarship on inequality, the diversity gap in Canadian institutions and society, and efforts to close the gap. Led by Dr. Malinda S. Smith, the studies advance intersectional equity, and present disaggregated data and intersectional equity analysis on women, racialized minorities, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, and LGBTQ+.
The studies and infographics are open access and can be downloaded in various formats. The research categories are listed below and exist as their own pages in the "Research and Infographics" Tab.
